Resources to learn kotlin.

@nelsonic Since kotlin is a new emerging language ,most of people want to learn kotlin but cannot get proper resources.But I have seen that dwyl is the place where in every repo there is proper way of information. so I am requesting you to please create a repo for that as well.

(the only reason we haven't created it yet, is because we are still building PWAs
using our "PETE" stack, but Kotlin is legit!)
