As suggested on the forum, there should be an event that reveals Ciri's dynasty and real father (Emhyr) under certain conditions:

if Ciri becomes Queen of Cintra and dethrones false Ciri.
if Emhyr wins the 3rd Northern war and conquers the North (cf one of TW3 possible endings: "Geralt and Ciri are in White Orchard hunting when a Nilfgaardian party comes to collect her, as she has chosen to become the new Empress of Nilfgaard".
