This is related to dark societies #41
Mages should have access to forbidden spells (possibly after joining secret cult):

Re-live a dead man's last moments (Necromancy) - useful to find out if a death wasn't accidental and discover clues on plot.
Artefact compression (https://witcher.fandom.com/wiki/Artefact_compression) - imprison someone without risk of escape

Similar to 'bad priest', mages seen practising the forbidden art should have big opinion malus / not be employable.
