  • Bump inputs ( nix flake update --commit-lock-file or via GH action?)
  • Track llvm submodule. (we track separately so updating CIRCT-only, common-case, is cheap).
  • Plumb in version information, or otherwise keep it up-to-date.

Either produce update PR's or otherwise ensure automation doesn't push a broken build.

Ideally the new version would be cached before reaching main, so users never need to worry about whether the latest has reached cachix yet. May need more builder power to build+push LLVM (cc #4).
