500 Server Error #192

Until yesterday, it worked. Today, it has stopped working, and returns this error:

function httpGet(url){
    var xmlHttp = new XMLHttpRequest();
    xmlHttp.open( "GET", url, false );
    xmlHttp.send(null);
    return xmlHttp.responseText;
}

let link = httpGet('https://twitchrss.appspot.com/vod/excelsior_ds')
console.log(link)
