Maven home for jars (microsoft-spark-3-0_2.12-1.0.0.jar) ?

I'm curious if there are plans to add microsoft-spark-3-0_2.12-1.0.0.jar to maven.

The issue seems to talk about naming the jar in a way that is consistent with scala jars:

.. for "livy integration" (whatever that is).

But I cannot seem to actually find the jar in the maven repository.

It isn't that important, since I can keep a copy of the jar and deploy it without help from maven. But I was curious.
The nuget repository is much more critical (https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Spark/) and I suppose it doesn't make sense to manage both of these unless you have to....
