在 Linux 上设置环境变量，使用 . 符号将会读取不到。这是因为 Linux 在 Shell 做了兼容，但是内核没有做

在 COIN 配置，使用 . 符号，将会让默认的 Linux 环境变量对接失败。在 dotnet 默认的配置解决这个问题是通过修改下划线
