In the InfoGenomeR_output directory, I don't have ACN.pdf, and in the euler directory, I don't have karyotypes.pdf.

Dear author, I seem to have found the code for plotting, ACN_GRAPH.R and KAR_GRAPH.R, but it seems to have some errors. Could you share the input files?

path=scan("t", what="character", sep="\n")，
what is "t" ?
