This PR include work from multiple people:

  • andrikoz added --exclude-tables option.
  • dquimper added --include-tables option.
  • ikanade added and option to specify the --schema name.
  • ikanade Use MAX where primary key is a sequence, use COUNT otherwise.
  • dquimper added a progression percentage for tables larger than --chunk-size.
