The timepicker is no more visible using your theme using the flatpicker version 4.6.6

tested localy and in this fiddle https://jsfiddle.net/djibe89/xn153qdg/
Latest Flatpickr 4.6.6 is working as usual.
Cannot reproduce your bug.

The timepicker is not working, it's not visible. Even in your jsfiddle can't see the timepicker..

Looks like Autoprefixer messed things up.

The time picker alone is working. But the time picker inside the calendar is not showing.
Try to add for exemple enableTime:true, in the same sample in the jsfiddle and you will see that the timepicker is not working using your css. But if you use the original css, the time picker is working well.

Seams that height:0 in .flatpickr-time is causing the issue ??
