if its also the name of the brand, the brand itself would get exposure in social media for each tweet. instead of the more generic "queue" tag :)

this is just me sharing my personal thoughts since I just can't keep them inside my head. Cheers

You're right!. And since we noticed how difficult people had spelling "queue" right (believe it or not), we talked about changing the hashtag to "mydiamond". So as a user, you share your diamond from Spotify to the world. Sort of. :)

cool :) starting to like the diamond-thing, even though it seemed far fetched to me in the beginning. but I guess a brand can grow on people and eventually become one with the product :)

Yeah, the hashtag should definitely be something more specific and tied to the brand. #mydiamond sounds nice :)

Exactly what we talked about yesterday Anton #mydiamond is way much better than queue. Before they start typing that hashtag name... the customers are already on their way out of the store.

i like that customers share "their diamond" with the others at the coffee shop :)
