Generating and sorting a glossary for HTML5 output results in broken links

Hello!

When using this plugin to generate, sort and filter a glossary for html5 (and XHTML), I'm receiving a TOC with broken links.

Example: My DITAmap will create glossgroup-Entries for the letters A and H.
Both appear inside the TOC. However, the links are broken, because the glossgroup-topics are not processed and transformed into HTML.

Any idea how to fix this?
