if yes, please announce it on your web page and people could acknowledge what happens.
if no, let us know what is happening.
i'd like to help but i need to be sure that core team is working on it.

If the authors are still active on github it would be very much appreciated to get a response to this issue

None of the authors (I'm only one of them), afaik, use Disco in their current jobs. It's up to active users to step up and take over maintainership/development. Ideally, this would be folks who run it everyday at scale.

Hello everyone,

I am working on reviving Disco Project again and I will start by upgrading the python version and would really appreciate any help from the erlang people =)

I wrote these two articles of my experience so far with Disco:
https://hefnawi.me/posts/disco-erlang-python-mapreduce/
https://hefnawi.me/posts/disco-erlang-python-mapreduce-part-2/

Not very comprehensive but I will dedicate some hours every week to push this project to life again.

This is my fork if you are interested: https://github.com/SecretsHive/disco

Thanks,
Hefnawi
