Divider makes html divider inside <script> section in html file.

Similar to issue #6.

I need to review VSCode API to check if things improved, but unfortunately last time I checked the API dids not provide an easy way to retrieve the comments that should be used, so parsing the content would be necessary to determine if it should use HTML, JavaScript or CSS comments, but that is out of the scope of this extension.
