Fusion_GRCh38_v2.7.0 has improved the performance of the fusion pipeline much efficient on RIS compute1

Highlights:

  1. Provide separate pipelines for processing single sample and batch samples.
  2. Combined STAR-Fusion and Integrate Fusion alignment steps. Worked more efficiently for both single and batch jobs.
