ROS2 port & automatic generation

Hi there!
First, thanks for this great tool.

I stumbled upon it while migrating code from ROS1 to ROS2 and took inspiration to create a ROS2 version. As this repository have not been updated in years, I believe linking to a new repo might be useful to some.

While at it I also took the opportunity to make it a generic script that takes an interface name and generates all the required headers.
