IPM Questions

  • How large should the time window initially be? I.e. week, month, year?

Business/User Value: As an explorer of Diem I want to see the account's balance over time so that I can get a sense for this account's history quickly

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN an address has had a balance
WHEN I view that addresses page
THEN the account balance card displays a graph with historical balance info

DEV NOTES
Use account_balance view derived from where clause and commit_timestamps
