Steps to reproduce

1,最外层是竖向的scroll
2.里面嵌套一个横向的scroll
3，横向的scroll里元素触发点击事件后没有触发竖向的@scroll事件

What is expected?

不会影响外层的scroll事件

vue: 2.6.14
better-scroll: 2.4.2
