Using RDP with Caster/Dragonfly.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Modifier keys are delayed/early when sent to a RDP session. This results in modifier keys not being pressed at the correct time. Ex: underscore turns into a minus, a question mark becomes a slash... etc.

Caster to Act normaly.

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Using VNC remote desktop, no guarantee the problem will be solved though.
2. Modifying the internal delay in Caster
