Allow for customization of badges

Description of our problem: index-en.html has badges for serialisation and license. They are all common blue colour. Identity Guidelines of our company dictate other colours.

Current behavior: Colour of the badges is inside the source code of svg as a constant value of the “fill” attribute.

Proposed solution: Create a variable in the source code of svg so that colour of badges is customizable.

I think I may add this in the next release (end of Aug-early Sept). Sorry for the delay.
