Difficult to understand which tutorial is being executed in Github Actions #334

Logging should include the name of the tutorial being executed somehow as it is otherwise very difficult to properly see which tutorial is actually failing.

A Simple solution would be a print of the name of the playbook that is currently executed. https://github.com/devonfw-tutorials/tutorial-compiler/blob/main/engine/run.ts
