Are all the settings features mandatory to be supported by platform ? #40

DAB-2.0 specification does not say that any settings features are mandatory.
But the compliance test tries to test it. Are these settings (SET & GET) a mandatory requirement from device perspective?
Eg: MEMC, CEC, MatchContentFrameRate, LowLatencyMode
Even though the settings/list returns as FALSE, there are test cases for them in compliance suite.
Can we ignore such failures ?

Similar observation for supported KEYS.
Eg: Say playform reports only few KEY_XYZ but current compliance suite tests every KEYS.
