Teamlimit/Balance etc..

Hello,

I have a problem with teamlimit. When there are 3T and 1CT wants to join to T side, it won't let him due to reaching the limit in the other team. I tried mp_teamlimit 0, mp_autoteambalance 0 and it still doesn't work.
