Runtime Issue

I was able to download the scripts from Github and run the installation .bat successfully, though I'm not able to get the otls running in Houdini. I had to add the otls manually where I had a couple of runtime errors for missing modules, though I was able to pip install them (pyshp, state). The installation resolved those errors, but now I'm getting runtime errors for variables that are used without being initialized ('state').
