Mass tagging is not reflected in user statistics

Describe the bug
If a user uses mass tagging tools to add/remove tags, their changes are not reflected in their profiles user stats (number or chart). The changes are visible in their metadata changes history.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. With an account that can mass tag
2. perform several mass tag edits
3. Observe these are not marked in the user's profile page user statistics

Expected behavior
The count of tags edited via tagging tools is reflected in the user statistics

Additional context
Might be some mods don't want to see that visible, but unsure at this moment why.
