What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I know it doesn't belong here, but I need help with this topic. I do not
know how to use iptables on padvan firmware without loosing access to the
router ( gui/web )

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected out put is that router , instead of processing traffic of its own,
moved the http traffic to a locally connected system ( proxy , in his case a
raspberry pi )

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest version , revision .96, Raspberry pi 2 with wheezy

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.

Please help !!
