No matter what port i want to forward its just not working
Port is not forwarded to the internet no matter what settings i make.
RT-N56U_3.4.3.9-095_dlna / Windows7 64Bit
I wanted to forward ports with the router from a localIP to the internet but
its just not working.
Port Range is 12000 and i entered it under Port Forwarding / Manual Port
forwarding. LocalIP i choosed from the list so should be fine, LocalPort (what
do i need to enter there?) i let it blank and Protocol is TCP.
Working fine with the ASUS firmware but there is no field for LocalPort.
Am i doing anything wrong or why i cant forward any port to the internet?
I also tried DMZ with the Local IP which should open all ports to the device
but also this does not work at all. Ports are still closed.
Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

With the ASUS firmware it is working perfectly.
So either i am doing something wrong or it is not working on my router with
this firmware. Like i said...also DMZ is not working and should open all ports
to the device.
Changed firmware back to the ASUS and all is working fine again...i just really
wanted to use this custom firmware...
Could someone maybe tell me what i am doing wrong then if you say is working
perfectly?
I really dont know anymore and wanted to use that firmware..i wrote anything
how i made the settings..about LocalPort i am unsure what to write there or if
anything because the normal firmware doesnt have..
But DMZ is also not working..i dont know anymore..thanks a lot
