Description
The PACT Act wizard needs to have a print button on the results screens and appropriately display results content for a printed page. Some page elements may be appropriately formatted for print view already because they are DS web components. We should:

Note: We are still awaiting content for results screen 4, but it is likely that any guidance for results screens 1-3 will cover any adjustments needed for RS4.

AS A Veteran who is viewing the PACT Act Wizard results page and has clicked the 'Print this page' button
I WANT to see helpful, necessary information on the print view of the results page
SO THAT I can have a printed copy of my results to review and refer without going through the wizard again, to review when not online.
