High Level User Story/ies

As the PO for CMS, I need to understand the deadlines, priorities, and sequencing needed for CMS in 2025.

Hypothesis or Bet

If we use December to do discovery and planning for upcoming initiatives for 2025, the CMS team will be able to more quickly and smoothly pick up the work in 2025.

OKR

Objective: Our platforms are the best way to deliver products at VA
Key Results: Our platforms hit the “elite” level (as defined by DORA) on Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, Change Failure Rate, and Time to Restore Service.

Definition of done

• A first draft of a 2025 roadmap is created that includes top priorities, estimated level of effort, definition of done, and success criteria for each priority.
