Issue Description

On the burial form, the breadcrumbs start with [VA.gov](http://va.gov/) home > Home > Burials and memorials

The "Home" link should be removed. It doesn't go anywhere when you click on it and it's redundant with VA.gov home

Tasks

  • Remove "Home" from the breadcrumbs

Acceptance Criteria

  • "Home" does not display in breadcrumbs
