update bots and remove the ones using deprecated libraries

deprecated libraries:

• nodejs_bot_base
• nodejs_napi_jsonrpc
• nodejs_cffi (not archived yet, but we don't actively maintain it anymore since some time now)
• python_deltabot_plugin

we could still mention a perma link (old revision that still had them) in the readme (at the bottom or extra legacy file) if we want.

I opened #72 for Node.js direct bindings.
Not adding permalinks, if someone wants to find old bots they can search history but there is no reason to, such links would only clutter the table if we add them.
