次 の ケンブリッジ 行き 電車 は いつ です か?

Literally:
next-ADN Cambridge bound train -TOP when COP Q?

I think the best semantics is for 行き bound to be relational ~ bound(train, Cambridge), currently it is a noun compound. Note that we can also say:
次 の ケンブリッジ 行き の 電車 は いつ です か?

Google has this three time more often with 'no' than without it.
