Hotels deadlines for the summit

The hotels for the summit have informed me that there is a fast-approaching deadline for booking rooms under our group codes. I know several of you have already booked your rooms and some plan to stay at other locations. Anyone who is planning to stay at the Chrysalis (summit venue) or Fairhaven Village Inn (easy walking distance) is hereby encouraged to make their booking as soon as possible, because the block holds on unused rooms will be released this Friday, June 17th (Chrysalis) and Saturday, June 18th (Fairhaven Village Inn). It may be possible to make bookings at one or the other of these establishments later, but they do not guarantee availability or rates.

I am looking forward to seeing everybody next month!
