Hi,

After updating glpi to version 10 the plugin is not working. The data source is working, but the data is not displayed in the dashboard.
Does this plugin work with this version?
glpi: 10.0.3
plugin glpi: 1.3.1
grafana: 9.1.7

Thanks for the answer.

I installed the plugin by unzipping the zip file. The plugin shows that it is installed but does not show the datasource. I verified that the directory /grafana/plugins/ddurieux-glpi-app/datasource/ apparently lacks files comparing to version 1.3.1.

You can't click on the glpi datasource?

No, he doesn't. In version 1.3 the datasource is automatically presented for configuration.

Yes, I have the same problem, my configuration show version 1.3.1

I´m experiencing the same problem too.

Grafana 9.2.4 + GLPI 10.0.5 is not working with glpi-plugin version 1.3.1.

So, when i did the upgrade to glpi-plugin version 2.1.0, the glpi datasource it not presented for configuration.

Hello ddurieux.

I just tested the latest plugin update (2.1.0) and it still doesn't work, grafana 9.2.4 + glpi 10.0.5.

Thanks!

I think the URL in the panel is not right, can you check it?

The URL is not right, you must have itemtype=Ticket and not itemtype=ticket, it's a huge difference ;)

I've tested both. The result is the same.

If i connect to my old GLPI (9.2.3), everything works ok.

You were able to install it from the zip provided by @ddurieux , I opened a question but for me the plugin has an invalid signature.

Already put the same as allow in grafana.ini but it still didn't work

Yes,

I tried to install the plugin available in grafana first, and then I downloaded the latest zip version available.
In both versions I was not successful in querying the GLPI.

There seems to be some incompatibility with the new API of GLPI 10 because it worked with GLPI 9.x.

Let's wait for @ddurieux to evaluate this issue.
Maybe he will release a version already compatible with glpi 10 soon.

@edsontadeuas

Hi @ddurieux

I have the same problem with GLPI 10.0.6 and the latest version (2.0.1) of you plugin. I understand that it is a compatibility issue as it only works with glpi 9.5.x.

Are there any plans to add compatibility with version 10.x.x ?

Thanks for advanced.

Hi,
I'm trying to get some glpi 10.xxx stats into my grafana 10.0.2, I tried the plugin glpi 2.10 on grafana, but I only got some 400 errors.
Here is my request :
https://myglpi.dom.xxx/front/ticket.php?is_deleted=0&as_map=0&browse=0&criteria%5B0%5D%5Blink%5D=AND&criteria%5B0%5D%5Bfield%5D=12&criteria%5B0%5D%5Bsearchtype%5D=equals&criteria%5B0%5D%5Bvalue%5D=notold&itemtype=Ticket&start=0&_glpi_csrf_token=bcde4549df5f40b0a47f3d3f1efc0e264643f5e1f0ed3b566286df50d9df71ec&sort%5B%5D=19&order%5B%5D=DESC

is there something I can do, or maybe I am in the same situation than others, and the grafana glpi plugin does not work with glpi 10.xxx ?

Hi, no, all my developpements (grafana, plugins...) are stopped for GLPI 10, but will continue with GSIT only
