Currently we have ./app/code/webhookWhatsApp/index.js which sends a respons "!!! WELL RECEIVED !!!" upon receiving a whatsapp message.

I have set up twilio to hit the webhook https://whatsapp-communication.dcycleproject.org/webhook/twilio-sms

I'd like to have a response !!! WELL RECEIVED !!! when an SMS is sent, the same as WhatsApp message.
