You have done a very excellent work in CBCT intensity correction. I have some question, and i will appreciate it if you can help me. Is the label obtained by pCT and vCT? Could you please show me the code how to this?

@huangwei9 , I have not myself used the scatternet program, yet.
However, according to the paper on it, another open-source application is used to generate the input: https://gitlab.com/agravgaard/cbctrecon
I'm currently the primary developer (Previously it was YK. ParkI think scatternet was tested with this old version) on this as the German group, who were collaborating on ScatterNet, doesn't appear to open-source any of their other work (?).
CbctRecon requires the raw CB projections (or at least the CB geometry and the reconstructed CBCT) and a pCT to generate the scattermaps.
I would be happy to answer any questions you might have on CbctRecon (just open an issue on gitlab, or send me a mail)
