You have done a very excellent work in CBCT intensity correction. I have some question, and i will appreciate it if you can help me. Is the label obtained by pCT and vCT? Could you please show me the code how to this?

@huangwei9 , I have not myself used the scatternet program, yet.

However, according to the paper on it, another open-source application is used to generate the input: https://gitlab.com/agravgaard/cbctrecon
I'm currently the primary developer (Previously it was YK. Park I think scatternet was tested with this old version) on this as the German group, who were collaborating on ScatterNet, doesn't appear to open-source any of their other work (?).

CbctRecon requires the raw CB projections (or at least the CB geometry and the reconstructed CBCT) and a pCT to generate the scattermaps.

I would be happy to answer any questions you might have on CbctRecon (just open an issue on gitlab, or send me a mail)
