High Level Task

Clean up codebase to remove all CircleCI related code

Acceptance Criteria

  • No code related to CircleCI remains (ex: dbt-spark/circleci)

Details

Find all configs, settings and secrets that are related to the Circle CI project and remove them.

Additional Notes

We cannot remove the CircleCI project within CircleCI because we are going to continue running it for 1.0.latest since that needs to continue to test against Databricks.
