• I have searched the existing issues, and I could not find an existing issue for this bug

Current Behavior

Here's what the changelogs look like today:

Note the dates for each:

## dbt-adapters 1.10.0 - September 12, 2024

Here's the dates in PyPI: https://pypi.org/project/dbt-adapters/#history

Expected Behavior

There are two differences from what I was expecting:

1. I thought the dates would line up between PyPI and the changelog
2. I thought there would be changelog entries for each 1.10.x release rather than being empty.
