While it would be delightful if citation managers would parse schema.org, they currently don't, so we need something to help people get citations out.
A super-simple approach would be to store the RIS source for every citation as a text column in the citations field and just serve that up. That approach would miss out on any post-processing changes that were made, so we should instead try to dynamically recreate RIS (or other formats) upon request.
