Links to Wikidata properties

We need to define more links between Wikidata & DBpedia classes and properties.
These will be used for enriching the extracted data from DBpedia

I've started doing some of this, because it's helpful for adding labels in other languages. And in finding overlap.

Also, wikidata has https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P1628 which has been used to add some links to DBpedia properties (e.g., https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P17)

If you have mappings to Freebase properties, you may be able leverage the (partial) Wikidata-Freebase mapping: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:WikiProject_Freebase/Mapping
