web UI publish button does not show any message once logged out #180

I started to use the publish wizard,
then I got interrupted by a colleague for over 30 minutes (so probably login timeout was triggered)
then continued to fill out the form and pushed publish button
nothing happened, pushed it over and over again, no warning or notification.
login another tab fortunately helped me.
