"Create claim" renders the page unresponsive on article PMC2686069 #222

When “create claim” is attempted anywhere in the article, the page becomes unresponsive. This occurs in both Chrome and Firefox.

Firefox indicates the unresponsive script as (http://localhost/dbmiannotator/js/annotator.min.js:27775). Only this article has been found to be affected.
