Symbols are generated differently on macos arm64 #2

Ran cargo build on my Macbook Air M1 and the symbols in the compiled .rslib don't match what's defined in bindings.rs.

eg.

$ nm target/debug/libopl3_rs.rlib | grep OPL3_WriteRegBuffered
                 U OPL3_WriteRegBuffered
000000000000277c T _OPL3_WriteRegBuffered
