Hide Playables from feed not working in 19.47.7

Describe the bug

I've patched the (current) newest version of youtube, enabled the setting under feed, and playables still show. I tried restarting the app after disabling/re-enabling the setting and they still show.

Steps to reproduce

1. Patch version 19.47.7
2. Enable setting "hide playables" under feed
3. Scroll through feed and playables will show (it takes some scrolling)
