Premise: switching from Bootstrap to Tailwind

Steps:

  • 1. add TailwindCSS with .tw- classes prefix
  • 2. remove bootstrap classes from layout files
  • 3. remove bootstrap classes from SASS files
  • 4. clean up

There are, of course, more steps to this, which will be updated in the course of action.
