iPhone: message could not been sent / red triangle with exclamation mark #397
Comments
I can't receive messages from contacts with an IPhone, so it may be the same problem. |
Same here. |
And you get no messages, also not empty messages, which I also sometimes get? |
Currently, I seem to get no messages at all, neither from androids, nor from iphones, although their users see me as "available" and get messages from me. |
That's weird! |
I had the same issue running on Windows 7 x64 and the 5e0d80a (devel) branch. I found that building with debug symbols seems to fix the problem, although I have no idea why. |
Since around three days, I can get messages from iPhone users again, doning nothing :) |
After another recent update of the iOS WA client, I'm able to get messages from iPhones again, too. So I guess this issue could be considered closed. |
Hi, I friend of mine using WhatsApp on iPhone can't send me messages since last friday. WhatsApps says, message could not been sent "do you want to try again?" which results in the same error. All those messages have a red triangle with a ! inside. The messages have only one hook which means the server got the message.
On the iPhone I tried a WhatsApp restart and also restart of iOS. But doesn't solve the problem.
iOS is current 9.x and there are also no updates for WhatsApp in the Appstore. I'm using whatsapp-purple win32 v0.9.0.
Any other solution?
