Textual and aiopinboard bumps

Mostly bumping libraries for bug fixes.

Lots of additions/improvements

Just carrying on ticking things off the TODO list, and tidying up rough edges as I go.

First non-read-only release

A lot of changes in this version (but, yes, no ChangeLog yet as this is an ongoing initial development); the main one being that there is now the ability to add, edit and delete bookmarks.

UI updates

Just a good pause paint in some riffing on the UI. I think I'm at a point that I like now.

Cosmetics and additive tagging

A couple of hours of tinkering with the cosmetics of the bookmark display, and also adding support for tagging within a currently-tagged view.

Pin away Python 3.12 (for now)

There's some issues with aio stuff and Python 3.12, so let's give hints that we don't like that at the moment.

Initial release

Initial WiP read-only version. Next up will be the start of the write-back code.
