Failed to decrypt CIA content #2

after roughly 10 minutes it came up with an error screen saying that it failed to decrypt

That is very strange.

I've tried encrypted CIAs in past and it always just creates an encrypted 3ds file, if my memory serves me right.

Possibly try decrypting the CIA beforehand?

Let me know if you have any further troubles.
