HAT Alternatives

Hello,
I think this type of personal database project is the future.
But before I start investing time in any of them, I would like to know what the current known alternatives to HAT are.
Maybe this discussion can be used as a non-exhaustive list of personal database projects.

They mention many projects, some of which are abandoned, and some of which no longer seem to have anything to do with personal databases.
