Shibboleth BE request: https://dev-5.pc:8443/server/api/authn/shibboleth?redirectUrl=https://dev-5.pc:8443/search?f.author=Vesel%C3%BD,%20Bohumil,equals

It converts the redirect URL to: https://dev-5.pc:8443/search?f.author=Vesel%FD,%20Bohumil,equals what the browser cannot parse.
